Safety Policy
Kindly ensure the safe and responsible use of COELO HEELS, understanding that you assume all associated risks.
COELO HEELS are not suitable for everyday wear and should not be worn by individuals under the age of 18.
Engaging in activities while wearing these heels can be challenging and strenuous, and therefore carries inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated. These risks include, but are not limited to: (i) physical injuries resulting from loss of balance, tripping, or falling, and (ii) ankle, foot, or other podiatry-related injuries.
We advise you to:
- Thoroughly inspect the shoes for any damages and ensure they are the correct size before wearing, paying particular attention to eyelets, finishes, embellishments, and zippers.
- Ensure your ankles are in a healthy condition before use. If you have any doubts, seek medical advice.
- Warm up your ankles with targeted exercises, prior to use.
- Take extra precautions when wearing COELO HEELS on soft flooring such as carpet.
- Be mindful while wearing them and avoid running or rushing.
- Exercise additional caution around any sharp edges or points on the shoes.
- Replace the heels when they are worn out, similar to ordinary shoes.
We advise against the following:
- Using COELO HEELS for everyday purposes or walking.
- Wearing COELO HEELS while being pregnant, under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs that impair balance, or if you have any foot (ankle/podiatry) concerns.
- Using COELO HEELS for pole movements that you are not proficient in or that involve flips or landings that heavily put weight on your feet.
- Wearing COELO HEELS on uneven, slippery, wet, dangerous, or unbalanced surfaces.
Please prioritize your safety and act responsibly when using and wearing COELO HEELS. Unless we are negligent or breach our duty in any other way, your use and wear of COELO HEELS are entirely at your own risk.
